We provide workout and health instructional material to help people start training, maintain their training, and achieve their physical goals. Our content is delivered electronically via our application. We offer a variety of programs suited to different skill levels and outcomes. Our coaches work with you to establish your objectives, before building out your The Health Method training and nutrition plan.
How much does it cost?
Our packages start as low as £99 per month, with additional services available at a higher cost. Pricing is dependant on the length of commitment you choose and your goals for and needs from the program. Our bespoke training, for example, is available at a higher cost.
What if I can't do perform all of the exercises in the program?
Don't worry! The Health Method is designed to help newcomers learn; our coaches work with you to select suitable exercises, and gradually increase repetitions, sets, or hold time as you get stronger. We work with you until you can perform exercises correctly.
